We’re thrilled to guide you on this life-changing journey. Our yoga teacher training is designed to empower you to use yoga as a tool for healing, inspiration, and creating positive change—for yourself and your community.

Next Steps

  1. Pay Your Tuition and Accommodation Deposit: Secure your spot by paying the $750 USD deposit. The remaining balance is due by December 1, 2025. Payment Plans can be set up on the WeTravel portal.

  2. Book Your Flight: Plan to arrive at Zazil Retreat, Mexico, by 5pm on February 14, 2026 and depart no earlier than February 28, 2026 at 10:00 am. Please send us your flight details once booked.

  3. Accommodation: Stay at Zazil Retreat Center, located in San Agustinillo, Oaxaca. Accommodation options include single rooms, shared rooms, and triple or quad rooms. Please review the available options and let us know your preference.

  4. Travel Insurance: Ensure you have comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance for the duration of your trip.

  5. Passport: Verify that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the training's start date.

Payment Details

  • Tuition: Early bird rate of $3000 USD until April 30, 2025 (must be paid in full by this date); regular rate of $3500 USD thereafter (can be split up into payment plans)

  • Accommodation:

    Single Occupancy King Bed - $3200 USD
    Singe Occupancy Double Bed - $2800 USD
    Two-Person Occupancy Rooms Double Bed - $2400 USD
    Three or Four-Person Occupancy Rooms Single Bed - $1900 USD

    *please note we do not hold spots, so if there is a room choice you would like ensure you select and pay for the first instalment of your preferred room.

PRE AND Post Training Digital Workshops

Participants will have access to, two training workshops lead by community members and a community directory of recommended trainings, workshop and resource to further expand and support your growth as a teacher and human. Please note times may adjust.

Weekend One January 24-25th 10 am - 4 pm PST

Weekend Two  March 28-29 10 am - 4 pm PST

Vaccinations

Contact your local travel clinic to ensure that you are up to date on your recommended vaccinations.

TRAVEL & medical insurance

You must purchase medical travel insurance. We highly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance.

GETTING TO ZAZIL:

Zazil Retreat is located in San Agustinillo, Oaxaca, Mexico. The nearest major airports are:

  • Huatulco International Airport (HUX): Approximately 45 minutes by car.

  • Puerto Escondido International Airport (PXM): About 1.5 hours by car.

From either airport, you can hire a taxi or arrange a private transfer to reach Zazil Retreat. We can support in arranging transportation to and from based on flight times. Please note this is an additional cost which will be provided closer to the retreat date.

Arrival Details:

When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at Zazil no later than 5:00 PM on February 14. This allows plenty of time to collect your luggage, move through security, and connect with your transportation to Zazil, where we’ll gather for our first dinner together.

Yoga

We will practice one or two times every day. Usually a flow inspired practice during the day and restorative in the evening. We recommend practicing at least three times per week leading up to the training so your body is used to practicing.
