We can't wait to jump into this life-changing experience with you. This training was designed so that you can use yoga as a tool to heal, inspire and create change for yourself and your community.
You'll fly into Panama City, Panama. We highly recommend flying into Panama City a day before the the training starts (Oct 14), booking a hotel for one night in Panama City, and booking a shuttle from your hotel to Sansara on Day 1 of the training. The resort is a five hour drive away from Panama City. We have secured a preferred rate of $135/night at Central Hotel in Panama, just mention that you are staying at Sansara and taking this training. We can then support with booking your transportation from Central Hotel to Sansara Resort on day 1 of the training. The shuttle will leave at approx 9am, which means you will arrive at the resort around 3pm, with enough time to settle in before the welcome dinner. It is your responsibility to book the hotel in Panama City, and all transportation. We can support with logistics but the prices are not covered in the cost of the training. Once you book your flights, please send us the details and we can support with the rest of your arrangements.
We recommend booking a hotel in Panama City when the retreat is over (again Central Hotel is a great option), and flying out the following day (Nov 2). We can organize the same shuttle to take you from Sansara Resort to your Central Hotel. Again, this is not included in the cost of the training.

Book your flight to arrive no later than October 14 in the evening and leave no earlier than Nov 1st 6pm. You will be flying into Panama City, Panama. Please send us your flight details.
Book accommodation in Panama City for the night of Oct 14 and Nov 2 (unless you're flying out on the evening of the 1st). We suggest Central Hotel, and they will honour a preferred rate of $135 per night. If you are choosing to take a bus or get to the retreat another way, please ensure you are at Sansara Resort no later than 4pm on Oct 15, 2019.
Get travel insurance and make sure your passport has at least 6 months before it expires from the start date of the training.
90 days before the training (or earlier) pay the 80% remaining balance. Link to pay below, or you can send an e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org This payment needs to be made in two separate payments, one for tuition and one for accommodation. If you would like to set up a payment plan, we can break it down into four payments , but all payments are still due no later than July 15, 2019. Please let us know if you would like that set up. This cost includes accommodation, meals and tuition.

Vaccinations & medical insurance
Contact your local travel clinic to ensure that you are up to date on your recommended vaccinations. You must purchase medical travel insurance.
We are here to help facilitate your experience however, we are bit responsible for your health and well-being. Please be sure to research Panama, and any travel guidelines and advisories.
They accept both US Dollars and Panamanian Balboa.
We will practice one or two times every day. Usually a flow inspired practice during the day and restorative in the evening. We recommend practicing at least three times per week leading up to the training so your body is used to practicing.
