TO GRADUATE YOU MUST:
Attend both virtual weekends
Attend all asana practices in Mexico
Participate during all lectures and workshops
Attend meal times
Respect all faculty, retreat staff, and fellow participants
*failure to do so may lead to dismissal from the training

We will gather pre and post in-person training online. Attendance is mandatory as recordings will not be sent out, and participation is required.

The Business of yoga
Pranayama and breathwork science
Weekend two will cover:
Participant presentations based on your AOW program design exercise. You will work in pairs or alone to create your own accessible yoga class/workshops. Make sure your offering is financially, culturally, physically and gender & 2SLGBTQ+ accessible.
